Installing QBasic with Windows XP Home Edition

I have upgraded to Windows XP from Windows 98 SE and wish to continue writing, and using my old, programs in QBasic.
I know that QBasic can be downloaded from the website click here but whereto? I have prepared a MS-DOS Startup floppy disc as recommended by Windows XP, but the procedure to be followed thereafter is not described.
Please can anyone offer any help!
Regards

Although I am still running Win 98SE I have qbasic running on my PC. I made a Folder called Basic and downloaded it to there. All my "basic" programmes that I still use are also in the same folder. Give it a try. Make a Folder called "Basic" or "Qbasic" on your hard drive and download to there. Because XP doesn't use DOS don't know whether it will work, but it is worth a try.
