I am trying to install a netgear broadband modem/router for broadband access because I have a weak signal on the phone line. I seem to have managed to make some kind of connection because I can down load my e-mails, but I cannot access the internet though "wanadoo" my ISP. Can any body point me the right direction to sort out this problem. The router is a NETGEAR DG632 I do not have any software as the router was given to me.

Perhaps there is something here click here that will help. There are most likely up todate drivers available, which you could download.

The best place for your thread would be "Network forum". Try that.

You do not need software. You have to access the router settings through a Web page mine is 192.168.1.1 with the http:/ before the number. but they are all different mine is a 3Com Wireless Firewall router Modem
