Hi, you cannot mix different typs (Hz).

Will the machine boot up with the new chip only?

Is your mobo capable of supporting the faster memory?

  rmriph 16:59 17 Apr 05

No not even by itself

When i go into the bios the setting are Auto 200Mhz and 133Mhz i think

Doing a search for the mobo reveals that it only supports pc133mhz memory, so as far as that motherboard goes your new memory is useless.

Should the PC 3200 work (400) on its own?

  Diodorus Siculus 17:02 17 Apr 05

PRobably as Technotiger suggests; the two can't be mixed in your particular situation.

Depends on the motherboard - seems not in your case.
