Installed unsigned driver - please help!

We are trying to install a specific driver on a client's PC, which has not passed the Windows Logo Testing for XP. Generally the message comes up saying this but offering a button for "Continue Anyway" which allows us to install it. This time, it offers no option to install it anyway.

The user is Admin on an XP PC. We presume there is a security setting somewhere saying Don't install anything that isn't digitally signed by Microsoft - but where is it??

Full error message reads: "This driver has not passed Windows Logo Compatibility testing and will not be installed. Please contact your system administrator."

Properties of My Computer, Hardware tab, Driver Signing button, select Ignore...
