Whilst using Namo WebEditor 5.5 my computer crashed. I was in the middle of making a website.
The computer is now up and running but unfortunately each time I go into WebEditor now, it just doesn't work.
I've tried reinstalling the disk, but get an error message: AN INSTALLATION SUPPORT FILE C:\DOCUME-1\TABATHA\LOCALS-1\TEMP\F06969CA8-CD01-4E27-BB5E-702CAOA9ED29-isUSER.DLL.COULD NOT BE INSTALLED. ACCESS IS DENIED.
Is this something to do with the registry being damaged, when the computer crashed?
I do hope someone can throw some light as my website should be up and running soon. Also the WebEditor cost me quite a lot of money.
Any help would be welcomed.
Thanks in advance

Try deleting all temp files and see what happens. Then try a reinstall.
