How can i install XP on a vista ready laptop? The laptop didnt come with a vista disk, how tight! My xp is a retail version if it helps

Yes you can install XP on it.
But first you will have to locate and download all the drivers you need and burn them to a CD.
However one big problem you are likely to come across is the SATA drivers that you need for the install.

thanks for the feedback. I have a program called driver magician that has backed up all my drivers, what drivers would i exactly need?

Is it gfx etc, and what kind of sata drivers, where to download?

Thanks again
