Inspiron 530s Motherboard upgrade Question

I have a Dell Inspiron 530s Desktop that I got for free. A friend of mine had some spare parts that he gave me to include 2x2GB Kingston RAM upgrade, AMD Athlon X3 455 processor and an MSI Low profile 6450 graphics card to put in the Desktop. Everything but the CPU is going to fit into the Motherboard except for the Processor as it is designed for Intel processors not AMD. I would really like to keep the AMD processor and would rather purchase a new motherboard. I know that they are Micro ATX motherboards, I'm just not sure which ones would be good for the price and accomplish what I'm looking for. It's got a 250w PSU which I'm not opposed to upgrading but don't have a ton of money to sink into this thing. I'm just looking to scrape by and play games "Decently" on a budget. Please help!
