I have used replacment inks in my printer for a while now ..ok. but a couple of cheap refils seem to be giving me very dark pictures ,used a few different papers because the results can be varied .with paper types ..maybe I've picked a cartridge with strong colours etc / being the colours are chemicaly based , is there any reason \one can not put a touch of water into replacable ink .when filling .black well thats another thing to ponder over ,

What? What printer do you have? Where are you getting the replacement ink from? Are they compatible ink cartridges or are they refill packs?
