Did you pay for the software with a credit card?

Make sure you keep a record of all the emails you send and possibly receive. If you get no response and you still cannot get the software working, present your findings to the credit card company to show you've done everything that is reasonably practicable to resolve the issue and hopefully they will stop payment.

As a matter of interest what price did you pay. Serif were selling their PhotoPlus 8 including a bonus InkSaver cd for £12.95 inc p/p back in March 2004.A word of warning Ink Saver is not compatible with all makes of printers.
