Ink cartridge Epson CX6400

I recently purchased the above printer/scanner but after the black ink ran out I bought a 'compatable' cartridge at a far lesser price.
No problem with the quality but before it prints, each time I get a message saying 'the ink cartridge differs from the original and do I want to continue.' This is now getting boring - any idea how I can turn this message off?

That happens on all Epson printers when installing non-Epson chipped ink cartridges. But once I have said "Yes" to continue it normally doesn't come up again. It could indicate that the ink cartridge is not installed properly? Try taking it out and re-installing.
