Info on Mother board.

I would like to put the maximum amount of RAM into my PC. I did a check on crucial and they tell me that i can upgrade to 2 Gb of RAm and then the manufacturer has told me that all i can put in is 1gb.
My mother board is a KUNGUR (MS-6575 v 3.1).

Does anyone know where i can get more info on this, or who is right.

the MS-6575 is reported as being a Microstar offering (MSI)

for theweb page containing the manual which you can download

according to the manual (for revision 1.0) the following applies

Main Memory
Support two 184-pin unbuffered double-sided DDR DIMM
Support up to 2 GB memory size

hope this helps

On the other hand HP reckon it only takes 1GB click here it may have something to do with the BIOS, check what version yours has.
