infected file removal

I downloaded the free version of avg the other day and installed it onto a fairly new computer (mid january). It found a few viruses it could repair (mainly ones i unwittingly had when i backed up my previous drive) but it also found one it could not repair/delete.

It is a file called jja1.tmp in my temporary files and is a W32.Pinfi virus (whatever that is).

Whenever i try to delete or rename the file i get a message saying file is in use. Is there any way to get rid of the little sucker?
