I have windows xp pro, zone alarm 4.55.38 also Nortons 2003. I have been enjoying incredimail as a paid up customer for over a year now. In Jan Incredimail stopped working, I have un installed & re installed so many times I have lost count. I have tweaked zone alarm & nortons to the best of my ability. Now the best bit, reported my problems to incredimail support 8 times to date & all i get back is an automated reply saying I'm in queue (premium members will get priority)(thats me) Out of frustration I have asked for my money back....nothing. Anybody out there with any ideas? please....Larry
