Incoming e-mail blocking system

Someone has sent me an e-mail with attachment which at the current rate will take days to download. I suspect the attachment contains one or several bitmap pictures. This download (3 out of 7) is preventing me from receiving wanted e-mails. Is there any way I can get rid of it whilst its downloading so as to clear the logjam?

To remove 'stuck' mail from server go to click here Enter your mail address and password to navigate to your mail and delete the problem mail.

Or go to your ISPs webmail facility, and do the same thing - eliminate it without downloading it.

I've already had to do this for 3 people over the holiday!!

I have now solved the problem follwing advice given - one thing to remember - if using the mail2web method described you need to sign in as username@pop.freeserve.com
Many thanks,
