For some reason, after I log on, I get a window "Welcome to the installation wizard for InCD. I have done the following, rebooting each time:-

Cancelled it.
Continued and let it install.
Uninstalled it via the Control Panel, Add and remove progs.
Still it appears, I dont seem to be able to get rid of it.

Any ideas please.

...Try this [though no guarantees]. Uninstall Nero. Then re-install it. When you get to the part where you choose components via tick boxes, make sure you do not tick InCD.

Continue with the rest of the installation. I think you'll be o.k.

It seems like the run once part of the installation is stuck in a loop and is not removing itself from the startup files.
I don't know how to solve this but hopefully someone will be able to help.

martjc, done and thanks.

Smiler, thanks, now sorted, that is the second prog. I have had in a loop in the last couple of weeks, the other was chkdsk, which I have still not resolved.
