Inaccessible website.

I was recently recommended a very funny website to view, this being click here. I am unable to access same, however, using Freeserve's AnyTime OR Freeserve's 'No ties' services, as all I get is "Page cannot be displayed." However, if I change to my old ISP ie Freenet I'm able to connect to this website without any trouble. I haven't got any special parental control software on my Windows XP computer, that would block this website in question and was therefore wondering whether Freeserve are somehow blocking certain selected websites because of bandwidth considerations or even content. I should add that I'm using as standard dialup connection
