custom building it your self would be the cheapest option. If you want a basic list of parts then i can put one together for you. Or i can make a system with the parts you want and put them into a wish list there you can buy them

Nontek. Agree Novatech are a good company, but even their cheapest PC needs the addition of an Operating System that brings the total to over £300, well above budget.
