Since installing IE7, on various occasions Explorer crashes adn gives me the 'Explorer has had to close ...' message.

Rebooting the PC (which runs XPPro)seems to be the only option. Once rebooted, I think EXplorer works okay until I have been running IE7 again. Any ideas?

Try running without add ons. (it is session limited)
Tools, manage add ons, disable.

had this with this site only reinstall flahplayer & shockwaveplayer both frome adobe.com
it worked for me. i think one one the pop ups using flash player caused problems.

also try reinstall of java runtime 6.

I agree with sunny staines, the only thing I would add is to successfully uninstall Flashplayer first (which is recommended) it is best done using adobe own uninstaller for the reasons given in my link. click here
