It seems that Internet Explorer and MSN Explorer are nearly the same, or are they ?? Is there any need to have both?

Hi, no need to have both, I would advise just use IE.

PS - I use IE and Firefox. I have MSN UK as my Home page, and with a Google bar for searches.

So really I can uninstall MSN Explorer. This came up because I had a Vista compatability check with Microsoft and they recommended that I install 'MSNSUII.exe. I found out that it is a MSN installer wizard for MSN explorer
Thanks.

Well, I don't know about Vista - I am on XP. But I think also it is just because M'soft would prefer you to use their products rather than others. As I said I use MSN as my Home page in IE and FF, but I don't use MSN Explorer. I still don't see that you actually need it, even in Vista.
