IE favourites and OE address book transfer

I want to transfer my fave websites from IE6 to my PDA (which runs on Pocket PC) and also my address book.

The normal way to transfer is to copy a file into a dedicated folder. When you carry out USB transfer Activesync 'grabs the' content of this folder.

In the case of websites though, I need something quicker. After the transfer all the shortcuts to my faves are on the PDA but I have to click each one, go to that site and then add it to the favourites on my PDA!

What I need is one file that automatically puts the favourites into the PDA. It seems reasonable to expect two windows devices to be able to do this, I just can't work out how. Same goes with my Outlook Express address book....
