IE caches sites. makes viewing threads hard

I often return to threads on this site to see what others have added since i last looked.

However IE has cached the site, so i get an out of date version of the thread. Is the any way to stop Explorer caching certain sites, so when i return to a thread it is downloaded, and i can see the new postings, without having to select 'refresh' every time? I know it does it to speed up surfing, but at times it's a P.I.T.A.

I dont want to stop caching altogether, as for sites that don't change much it is a good time saver.

Tools/Internet Options, Settings button.

Tick "Every visit to the page".

Found that no prob.

Can i set it up for all pages for a site like pcadvisor, or must i do it for each seperate thread?

No - it is a global setting that applies to all sites.

You can’t do the superscript? Just copy and paste.
