I.E Assistant (in Glary Utilities)

I have an app. called I.E. Assistant (in Glary Utilities).
From the menu "IE Downloaded Activex" box, the screen shows many apps and (bracketed numbers and letters).
A couple of these are shown in red, and under 'status', as damaged.
Should I 'BLOCK' these, or 'PERMANENTLY Delete this item'?
Anyone who uses Glary Utilities, and this particular function, please let me know what your advice would be.
Thanks

I also had a couple of items marked as 'damaged', I simply permanently deleted them.

You're welcome ... I have had no problems since deleting them. I use the One-click Maintenance regularly.

Hi any of you chaps ever manage to run a Registry Defrag using Glary Utilities.
It keeps telling me to close all security programs first.
Even tried in safe mode and it asks the same.

Yes, I find it brilliant!
buteman
No, not tried those yet!

I only actually use the 'One-click Maintenance' ...

I have Diskeeper running permanently, which takes care of all my defragging.

I find it almost unable to use.
Gave up in the end and downloaded Defraggler but I find that a bit slow to do a full defrag.

Reference the defragmentation apps.
I use a freebie named smart defrag from click here
If I have typed the website incorrectly, just Google "Smart Defrag".
I find this an excellent defragger!

Thanks for the info geedad.
Your click here would not open for me but went to the site that you mentioned.
As it is part of 10bit I will give it a miss.
Some dispute with them and Malwarebytes I believe.
