IE 6 Reboot Mystery

  andywg 15:16 06 Nov 03

When I am on the net the following message keeps appearing:

This system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.

Windows must now restart because the Remote Procedure Call (FPC) service terminated unexpectedly.

Then after about 50 secs my pc will reboot! I am running Wind XP Pro 2002 and am using IE 6.

What does this mean? I need to rectify it asap and any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many many thanks?
