IDS Parser message on router event log: please interprest and advise

I do not understand messages on the my Thompson 585 v7 event log, received last and this evening. 57979 [..A...] seq 2371714534 ack 4045611186 win 64334 frag 23195:[email protected]+

May 17 18:45:13 IDS fragment parser : fragment out-of-order (1 of 1) : 1020 TCP 80->53500 [..A...] seq 1573005127 ack 253368446 win 65096 frag 42702:[email protected]+>>

Can someone tell me waht they mean and if I need take any action, please?

Scrolling down a bit seems that the router can get congested cashe? Never heard of that before. If it's working OK I'd leave alone. If you get problems occurring, a poster suggested resetting the router to factory reset and set up the router again.
