Idle Disconnect

Hi All,

Another problem regarding the internet has cropped up. In the settings for my internet connection, 'Enable idle disconnect' and 'Disconnect when connection may not be needed' are turned off. When I am surfing the web, my connection to the internet suddenly disconnects without warning. I go back to the connection properties to find that 'Enable idle disconnect' has switched itself on. Sometimes when it disconnects and you go to check the settings, it is not on yet it still happens.

If it is of any relevance, I am runing Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition and Internet Explorer SP1 (Version 6.0.2800.1106). My ISP is 'BT Yahoo! Anytime'

Any help greatly appreciated,
Karl Armson.
