After upgrading from W98 first edition to W2K I now need to reinstall mobo drivers.
Didnt think I'd need to so didn't try to extract drivers from old W98 installation!
Trouble is I cant find mfr name or model on it.
SiSoft SANDRA tells me its made by HsingTech.
Searched for hsingtech.com (site under construction but search here for lots of unrelated c**p) and hsing.com gives me the same.
Searched the forum under motherboard and mobo, found link to Belarc Advisor (doesnt help either).
Northbridge is by SiS but i think thats not much help.
Can anyone help?

That would probably be why....

You sure that neither belerac and sis soft dont give you a model number?

Belarc says unknown mfr, asset tag 0123ABC, bus clock speed and Bios by Amibios. Sandra tells me HsingTech enterprise, no model number but bios id 62-0914-001437-00101111-071595-SiS730S.
Followed link to PC Chips (thanks Pilch) but cant see how to identify board, and just downloading Aida (thanks Anchor)

Bingo!

Aida was the one! Sorted straight away.
Thanks guys.
Should have posted this morning instead of spending hours and hours searching around!
