Hello all. Can someone please tell me how I find out which I have. Been into BIOS, nothing tells me there, got SISandra and that doesn't tell me aswell. Where do I look, or does it not matter?? Xp home, 40gb hard drive. Thankyou, Shaun.

If you have the EVEREST free application (Ex AIDA32)
from on your PC then under STORAGE >
ATA it will give you all the info on your HDD. i.e.
maker, speed, cylinders, ata etcetera. I know because I have just checked mine on it and it gives
me ATA100. This free PC information checker is a very handy programme to have on your PC.
