I am planning on testing some AV's and firewalls on my computer (within a VM mide) So would like to know the best why I can get some virus etc apart from pornofgaphy as I can't go on that in the middle of the day. Idealy I would like to be about to put the mon mannuly or at least know when I will get them.
Now don't worry when using the VM with virus on etc I won't be putting in any sort of detail etc.
So any advise on how to get Virus's or on this matter in generl would be great.

"I am planning on testing some AV's and firewalls on my computer"

May I ask why, as there are many large organisations that do this already. Some of them use "the wild list" which is a list of the actual viruses around at any one time).

I wasn't asking about what anti virus to test (or where to get them) but as you have brought it up out of the major anti virus's out there which ones have a free virsion e.g. AVG, avast etc

"...which ones have a free virsion e.g. AVG, avast etc"

If you're researching AV programs seriously, surely that must be part of your research? It's pretty easy to find out.

I suggest a full subscription to The Virus Bulletin will be essential to you.
