how do i transfer my purchased i tunes music to windows media player?

I don't think you can as Apple use their own format (MP4) and this *isn't* compatible with Windows Media Player.

I would wait for someone else to confirm though.

Saw someone suggest this a while ago. Burn the tracks to a CD (preferably CD RW saves wasting a disk) using iTunes. Then rip the tracks to mp3 /wma in Windows Medai Player

I can't find a free package to convert AAC (iTunes) to WMA (Windows Media Player), but this on click here is free to try & $19 (about £10) to buy.
