I still have my Dragon 32

northumbria61,

I saw - amd almost commented upon - your reply in Furkin's query!

I, too, have still got a Dragon 32, won a competition and got a cuboid tape machine that held a lot more than the drives. I went on to buy a Dragon 64 and bought an external 5.25" floppy drive machine, but have now sold these last two, but still have the '32'.

But what I was wondering about is if you had tried selling yours lately, and if you had any success? I tried a few years ago now and didn't get anywhere!

I don't know what you thought of the '32' but it got me interested in programming, and it certainly taught you that your programmes had to have as much detail as you could get in, within the confines of what, 25.5 KB! It certainly showed me that multi-statment lines were necessary, but it was always fun. I am just sorry that writing programmes these days is so much more complicated. Though some may well disagree!!!
