I keep getting this message, what does it mean?

I have recently had my PC re built.

New mother board, hard drive and memory.

During the last week I have been getting this message.

Exception Processing Message c00000a3 Parameters 7cc31d6c 7cc31d6c 7cc31d6c 7cc31d6c

Can someone tell me what this means please?

Thank you

Just wondered if it's looking for a drive that no longer exists or similar.

Thank you both for the reply.

I had a look in device manager and sure enough their is a yellow exclamation mark by the side of a USB Root hub.

I did a search for a new driver from within device manager and a new driver was found and installed.

When I looked the yellow excalmation mark had gone and the device was said to be working properly.

So hopefully that's that.

Thank you, I was worried in case these messages pointed to problems with the new hard drive.
