I have vmware problems Help!

I've had to reinstall Windows 7.

I had vmware installed to run XP and I have tried several editions including the one I used to have but they all open in a small window which is no good.

Has anyone any idea what why this is happening and what I can do about it?

Install VMWare tools? Reboot, should offer to enlarge the window.

Thanks jaywoo but I cannot find where to download vmware tools from, nearly all the websites are vmware and they do not go to a page where I can download them.

Can you give me anymore help.

It should be part of the VMWare software. From the VM menu, select Install VMTools. If it's already installed it will say "Reinstall VMWare tools" instead which probably means something else is wrong.
