How can get rid of one my accounts on my computer (Windows Xp)

I also have two accounts with an XP Pro system - one is the Administrator (for which I obviously hold equal full rights).

If it is the one that Microsoft added you can remove it as long as you are signed in as administrator.
They added one not sure what it was for .But as I never put it there I removed it with no ill effect.

By the way the configuration is done via Start>Settings>Control Panel>Administrative Services>Computer Management>Local Users and Groups.
