I Am Totally Baffled

But that's not hard :(
I have a folder created in my Outlook. I've called it "Ebay". A shortcut has been created in the Outlook shortcut bar for easy access. Trouble is, when I click on the shortcut, a message appears saying "unable to open folder" see click here
Strangely, if I click directly on to the folder from the folder list, the information can be accessed okay like this click here
I've tried renaming the folder, moving the contents into a temporary folder then renaming it. I've tried deleting the folder and creating a new one. I just can't get the shortcut to work. Am I being stupid here or what?
Would appreciate ideas from anyone of you clever people out there, Gaz

Have you tried deleting the shortcut, and re-creating it from the folder ?

How weird is that?

Just keyed the error message in Google. Got this link click here
I've spent days until blue in the face trying to work this out. :( Why didn't I do that first?!!

sounds like a restricted access sort of thing. Have you tried renaming the folder ?
