HyperOs OneClick

Have just installed the above and all seemed well until I tried to open the 2nd "computer" then got this error :-/windows/system32config/system missing/corrupt
On computers 3&4 this appears :-c:/sysimage/default.hcb
are these faults rectifiable or do I have to do a factory reset.
This is the second attempt and quite frankly if I cannot rectify without a reset I think I will be returning for a refund as their aftersales service is abysmal!

I have always found HyperOs very helpful but recently I believe they are not connecting calls to their technical people. You can e-mail and they might call you back. As I said, I always found them EXTREMELY helpful.

I believe this situation came about because the technical people were spending half their time answering questions about Windows and other non-HyperOs matters so I can understand that to come extent.
