Can anyone help me choose a htc phone, I would like to stick with orange but its not essential, I would also like a fairly big screen with a good resolution. The problem is I dont know what os is better aka windows vs android etc. I am looking to spend £25 a month at most £30 if its a good deal.

Thanks Alan

Don't buy the HD2 as it has known screen failure problems,i would go for the Desire and the android os

There is no point in choosing a Windows phone until the new Phone 7 OS is released. The best thing to do is to go in to a shop and look at several and then read up about them.
Almost all modern phones can access the internet but if you are doing a lot of browsing or watching video g Youtube then you need to be careful about data charges. Many phones comes with a browser. I find Opera Mini which can be downloaded is a good browser. Screen size becomes important.

Went to a 3 store today

HTC wildfire

£20 per month
5000 3-3 min
5000 texts
1gb internet
msn twitter skype all free not on the 1gb
free voicemail
free bluetooth headset
one month for £5

seems ok, any thoughts?

Before you buy with the 3 store make sure you get a good signal from them.
Always best sticking with the same phone company Then you know you will receive a good signal.

one drawback of the Desire is it's lack of voice dialling,so can't be used to call people hands free while driving.
Best phone out at the moment is the Samsung GalaxyS
