HP Windows 8 unable to reset/refresh/reboot

My HP Windows 8 laptop won't boot.

When I click Reset it says "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing".

When I try to refresh it says "The drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again."

I don't have any System Images created. I tried to do a clean install of Windows 8 but there was another Partition error.

Can anyone help?
