I feel you will need to be clearer what you are asking

TV (DVB-T) tuner card will normally be either USB connection or an internal card. most now are USB and plug into an empty usb slot on your desktop. They also have a point to Plug into a tv ariel

I think that it comes with a TV Tuner built in. Did it have an external aerial and is the question where to connect it?

  gixxer69 13 Mar 12

yes i guess so

  Woolwell 13 Mar 12

Have you got this system? With the external aerial does it have two cables leading from it?

  Woolwell 13 Mar 12

If you look at the setup poster page 5 then there seems to a TV tuner aerial with 2 leads which connect to 2 corresponding sockets lower right on the back of the tower. The tuner is probably on a PCI card with its own connections at the rear of the tower. The HP guidance isn't brilliant.

no ther no cables running from it and only usb ports

Contact HP or the place you bought it.
