Hi there ,
i am new to this forum as i am desperatly trying to find an address for hp's complaints department.
My laptop has been giving me problems for weeks, it is just out of its guarantee, and without any apparent cause the speakers have stopped working, using the support people,it is now established that its a hardware fault, now the ON button has suddenly stopped working, fortunatly this machine has a remote control so i can switch it on with this. i am so fed up as when i contact support, they give me a link to the spanish support, but as i dont speak spanish i cant access it.
does anyone has an address for a complaints department at HP.
any assistance will be well recieved,
Irene.

one of the problems is that although i bought it in the uk, i now live in Spain.
There is a support site in spain, but they speak no english so i cant access it.

i see, the only thing i can suggest to you then is to have it sent to a relative in the uk, then have it sent back to hp over here for repair.
I think it would still be cheaper to do it that way than paying for repairs over in Spain

thanks, i am going back to the uk next friday, will take it with me,
