HP Deskjet 840c and user settings?

Anyone know how to set my own USER DEFINED SETTINGS in the properties and keep them there.

I use a photo paper size of 177mm x 127mm but I have to input this everytime I want to print a photo.

I don't want to change the default setting for A4, just for when I use the UDS.

try control panel\printers, right-click on printer icon, choose properties, then under the 'set up' tab, you can choose user defined from the drop down list, and a new box will open asking for paper size.

Thanks. Now how do I set up more than one USD?

have the printer installed twice in control panel\printers, with differing paper sizes set for each, and name accordingly?

same as some people install one for 'draft' and one for 'quality'.
