If you are using Nero Burn and have MP3 files on your hard disk you need to burn them to CD as a Data Disk not Audio. If you are using Nero Burn and burn as Audio Nero will automatically convert them to .cda files.

You will need a program that rips CD's to mp3.

Theer are many free ones available to download. I think the best all round package is iTunes from Apple although it is a completet package much like Windows Media Player, but rips to mp3 (unlike WMP).
Once you have your collection of mp3 you will need a program like Nero or Easy CD Creator to burn the mp3's to CD
