How to use BBC iplayer?

I must be missing something. I've installed the iplayer desktop and Adobe Air but no where on the video I want to download does it give the option to download. The video is Wallander. Is there supposed to be a button on the video 'download now' or similar?

TIA

As far as I am aware the feature is 'streaming' which does not necessarily have a download option.

I do believe you can get software which will capture streaming video.

Try Google?

Why are the programmes I'm trying to download only available on Click to Play (streaming)?

Sometimes technical difficulties mean that we could not encode the programme for download. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, we do try to make all our programmes available for both download and streaming.

The Wallander videos are not downloadable - but see ened's post.
