I would like to save all the messages I have in one particular folder in my PC, ie to Documents or the like. Is there a way of doing this with gmail accounts please?

I have windows 7 and haven't yet managed to set up windows mail with my ISP so would like some help on that too if possible but I'll start a new topic for this question, for now I just need to know if it is possible to do the first question
