How to save an embedded tiff

I have received an email with an animated .tiff file embedded in the email not as an attachment. When I go to save it I can only save it as a .bmp or .giff which are not animated.

I would like to save it so that is still animated so as a .tiff

By the way save attachments does not work as it is not an attachment

Any ideas?

Tifs aren't animated, j3nks, gifs are. If you save the animation as a gif, it should work. To test it out, save it as a gif and drag it to an IE window.
