How to remove Internet Explorer title in browser

Hi all, im sure i have seen this in an issus of pcadvisor mag but cant find it now...
How can i remove the "Microsoft Internet Explorer" or "Tiscali Internet Access" (from another browser) title in the browser title bar.

You can right click it and move it up out of sight and then stretch the bottom edge down or, there might be something under 'View.'

Launch regedit. Expand HKEY_CURRENT_USER to show the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main.

If there is no Window Title string value, right-click, choose New > String Value, and create it. Right-click it and choose Rename > Modify This Value, with your chosen text. Launch Internet Explorer. Your chosen text will now be in the title bar.
