How much Power?

I'm in the process of building an SLI PC system - 2x6600gt cards. I was just wondering how much power would I need to run such a system and which is the best SLI motherboard. At the moment I'm thinking of the 480 watt Tagan PSU and the ASUS SLI Deluxe motherboard, but I've heard there's quite a bit of work setting/loading up the drivers for the ASUS board and also that I may need at least 500 watts to power two 6600gt cards.

I think you may be well served by visiting a more specialised board.

I would surgest something like a Enermax Noisetaker 600W which is bult for SLI systems (there is a sli version) it costs around £90 but it kicks ass

Also why not get a 6800GT it would be same price/performance as BOTH of those cards together, and then later on when games slow down add another 6800gt
