How to move the menu bar ABOVE address bar in IE7?

  PC_HelpMe 09:21 06 Dec 06

Hello all,
Having just updated my computer to Internet Explorer 7 - I find that the menu bar is no longer at the top of my screen and that my address bar is there instead. I have tried right-clicking in the toolbar area and unticking the various toolbars - but they always come back with the address bar at the top. I am used to the menu bar being at the very top - and would like this version of IE to be the same. Has anyone else had the same problem - or is there some other way in which i can drag each toolbar elsewhere on the page, like I could do with the previous version of IE?
