How to move Documents and Settings folder in XP?

I have recently added a second HDD to my PC and am wanting to use this solely for data storage. Because most of my data ie MP3's in My Music and MPEG's in My Videos, are located in the Documents And Settings folder I thought these easiest way to do this would be to move this folder to my new HDD. However, when I try to do this I am told that Documents and Settings is a systems folder and cannot be moved.

Is there a way of relocating this folder to my new drive? or do I have to create a duplicate of this folder on the new drive?

TweakUI for Windows XP can move such system folders.

( Direct download click here )

Instal and follow this path > My Computer > Special Folders > Then you have to choose each folder and just tell it where to you want it to be put.
