That's not possible, except outside the PC using specialsed test equipment.

If you tell us the reason for your question, someone may be able to help you in another way.

there is so many brand and products it say they have 450,500,550 watt. i think everything same design, weight but different in label in output watt. so, i want to test it actually output watt.

Watts is equal to amps x Volts.
