We have a desktop, a laptop and now my wife has a netbook. How many computers can Office 2003 be used on?

All are windows 7.

Thanks

Office 2007 allows 3. I assume the same with 2003.

check your EULA
Open Word > Help > About Microsoft Office Word > View the End-User License Agreement >

Thanks john bunyan and lotvic the End-User License Agreement does indeed say:

1.1 Installation and use. You may install a copy of the Software on three personal computers or other devices in your household for non-commercial use by people who reside in your household.

The problem I now have is that the notebook does not have a DVD/CD drive, and the Office Suite is on disc. Could I copy it to a tough drive or memory stick and install from there?

Not sure on this, but maybe someone will suggest a way of installing via your network.
